Service area: Tel Aviv and central Israel
Small field crew for flats and homes in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Herzliya, Ra'anana and Kfar Saba
Nur Renovations works in central Israel. The core is Tel Aviv and the adjacent cities: tiling, waterproofed bathrooms, plumbing and balcony sealing. A site visit and a written quote come before work starts.
Most of the work is flats in shared buildings: tight access, noise hours, waste removal and a lift that needs booking. That is why we visit before closing a price. Written BOQ, a fixed crew, and a written warranty on wet work.
Where we work
Tel Aviv
Old flats, walk-ups, towers and safe rooms. Parking and unloading are hard, house committees keep strict hours, and bathrooms need waterproofing before tile. Full detail on the Tel Aviv page.
Ramat Gan
Many 3-room flats in 1960s to 1990s buildings. Old plumbing, leaking sun balconies, and one bathroom that carries the leak risk. Same method: strip-out, services, waterproofing, flood test, then tile.
Givatayim
Narrow streets, low buildings and small flats. Waste and material drops need booking. Suits a small crew that works clean and does not shut a whole street.
Herzliya
A mix of flats, houses and larger balconies. Balcony sealing before winter and exterior tiling with a drain slope come up often. Price still closes only after a visit.
Ra'anana
More family homes and less inner-city pressure. Same wet-work rules: double waterproofing in the bathroom, a flood test, and a fixed crew through handover.
Kfar Saba
The same scope: flats and houses in the southern Sharon. We visit, check access, services and waterproofing, then return with a BOQ.
What we check on site
- Bathroom, shower and balcony: waterproofing, slopes and drainage
- Existing tile versus the need to level the substrate
- Water and sewage lines, especially in older flats
- Access, parking, lift and building work hours
- Coordination with a designer or architect if drawings exist
